Incoming ships - will Alliance get their special one?

I think I will side with Alliance. For now at least. The most free of all 3 major factions. And I need a bit of warfare.
Pirating was fun, independence feels nice. I'd like to stick to it. But at once, I feel I want to have some kind of my team.
Once player guilds will settle (and if they will), I'll get into some independent movement. I like team play. But till then, the most of warfare I'll get is with one of major factions.
Even though Alliance isn't involved into any major war for now, I sense they'll get an enemy.

And therefore - do you think they'll get their special ship like Feds and Empire has? That's the only reason for me not to blow up every imperial/fed up for now.

I heard that we will get some new ships in the near future...it's only fair to give the third major power a ship as they did with the dreaded Feds and the cruel Empire.

Oh...and please add some reputation gain missions for the alliance. One day every system will be part of the Alliance of independent planets!

Everytime i hear or read about the alliance i imagine a refit Lakon Type 7,
forged into an armored blockade buster with flak turrets and stronger shields.

I'm hoping to see a more advanced complete version of the Turner Class ship from Elite: First Encounters.

At the time it was an experimental ship that you got to fly for a limited time and was build by the newly formed Argent Aerodynamics Amalgamated company on Alioth.

Plus the rumors are the Alliance are the only super power to have had real contact with the Thargoids and even own Thargoid tech.

INRA intervention

(Note: Spoilers)

Unfortunately, INRA, the Inter Galactic Navy Reserve Arm, had secrets beyond the northern frontier, namely how they won the war against the Thargoids. These were secrets they were prepared to kill to protect, which they did, destroying the Turners' Quest. When Mic Turner didn't make contact with AAAI, Jo Merion was send to find out what happened. She recovered his Stowmaster Capsule but was then apprehended by INRA forces. She was eventually released without the capsule and given accolades with both major governments.

Undetered, and worried for her friend, Meredith Argent hired a commander to fly the Argent's Quest to the last known location of the Turner's Quest. the pilot found the wrecked ship, including its black box and a wounded Thargoid ship. returning to AAAI, the data was replayed and the commander sent to Polaris where there was reference to another unknown entity. The Argent's Quest docked with the entity and appeared in a system over 600 light years away - the Thargoid home planet. There, the commander learned that INRA developed a virus to destroy the Thargoid's organic hyperdrives. The Argent's Quest returned to human space to find the antidote. He returned to the Thargoid Homeworld with the antidote, allowing the Thargoids to travel again. In thanks they built a Thargoid warship for the commander, who flew home to accolades in the Alliance, but criminal charges in both the major powers, both of which are linked to INRA
