Increase 22k Lightyear sightseeing/exploration Profits

after the latest update and nerfs to certain mission types and the fact that transport missions now increase depending how far from the parent star you travel, this should also reflect on the sightseeing where some crazy scientist wants to travel to SAG A# and offers like 4mill this should be dramatically increased to compensate the latest patch, REASONS = 1 transport could net you around 20 million credits for 30-60 minutes floating in supercruise and a travel 22k lightyears that could take thousands of jumps to then travel for a few million light seconds when you get there and still only offer pennys as a reward and still have to take them back to a station this 100% needs to be addressed, for 1. it would entice people to actually travel around dead space 2. it could take days to reach this point depending what you do on your way all for a measley 4million credits..... Whats everyone elses opinion on this because I for one feel the variety of mission payouts still needs a complete revamp if ones increased for a certain point but the others are left to gather dust under the CMDR wings of someones sidewinder......

You can get passenger missions to a local system with a distant stations that pay about a mill each and take around 30 mins to complete you can usually get 3 of these so that's a minimum of 3mill per 30mins or 1 mill per 10mins traveling 22kly is probably a minimum of 600 jumps at around 5 mins a jump 3000 mins i think pay rate should be around 300million
Bear in mind these are min figures typically you can earn around 10 mill every 30mins so starting these long distance missions at about 300million would be fair possibly increasing FD prob have better idea of what they expect players to earn per hour they just don't seem to have implemented it in any way

Definitely I agree, the main fact being if you find a passenger mission where the drop point is over 1.000.000.000 ls from the main sequence star and depending on your rank you can make upto 31 million credits for just 17 to 20 passengers yet these people want to travel like you say too insane distances but yet the credits dont reflect the time travelled my asp hits 50 ly a jump fully stripped with 3a sheilds a few scanners and 5a fuel scoop but thats still going to take a stupid amount of jumps my a grade conda does 27ly fully armed srv fighter bays just incase I run into something on the way so that would take twice as long to travel

I assume that the idea is that while you fly all those jumps out there you pass through enough systems to gather a crapton of valuable exploration data which makes up the bulk of your profit for those long-haul missions. I am currently running one such mission just to see whether it actually is worth it. If nothing else it is a marker to aim one of your exploration flights at before returning. With the crazy number of jumps the time limit is a bit of a problem on those missions though. If I want to explore the valuable systems along the way it is going to be fairly close.

That's called a bonus and has nothing to do with the price to do the job. Like a trucker moving freight, what I make on the side is no business of the other customers I am hauling for as long as I meet my obligation to them. Kinda like Fdev selling "paint" on top of the game. Perhaps the game should be half the cost because they sell bits and bobbles along the way, eh? Edit; bad grammar. I hate that.

Exploration data on a 22k journey wont make you much more than 4million a page and you could probably fill a few pages not sure what the maximum of stars per page is but I've done exploring scanning every planet and asteroid belt before and made next to nothing compared to transportation missions and scanning some systems takes a whole lot of time

SagA* and back will easily earn you 100Mcr in exploration data unless you're blindly buckyballing all the way, considering that I'm not sure those missions should really pay more. Maybe they could offer obscene reputation and influence gains (did I mention that the exploration data will probably suffice to become allied with several minor factions and their associated superpowers?), but the financial side is IMAO covered.
