General Increase the camera suite's free cam's range for easier and better cinematics!

I rely on free cam for creating cinematic videos and I can't help but think about this one simple improvement all the time.
In supercruise, the camera can be 3km away from the ship or something like that.
In normal space you are limited to mere 250m (think around stations, planetary bases and general locations).

I think there is no reason for it to be this limited - it's not a competitive RPG game to be an issue. And increasing it to some 3 km would enable significant creative opportunities. For example, to follow a canyon ship race, you can only record from various angles if you're a passenger, but most often used ships don't have second seat. You can fly along with camera ahead of cockpit facing forward But then you are just limited to one vantage point.

Being able to hover above the course and just fly along the race with the camera would be amazing - same goes for any combat settings.

Just one integer need to be updated, pretty please!

Bigger free cam range is important, but there's a lot more Cobra engine features that require updates. A lot of cinematic videos look bad due to:

  1. A lack of proper anti-aliasing
  2. There's only 1 light source
  3. No Lumen global illumination
  4. No ray tracing
  5. No path tracing
  6. No Nanite virtualized geometry

Fdev hasn't bothered to fix this since 10 years. ED looks old and the Cobra engine is outdated.
