Increased Bone Density Mod - Glitch?

TLDR; How do you unlock the bone density mod??

I am going INSANE. I've played through Jurassic World Evolution once before on a different Steam account and completed all islands and missions. However, now playing on a new account, I got to Isla Pena and the security mission which includes releasing Metriacanthosaurus with the increased bone density mod which does not show up in any of the different mod traits. When are you supposed to unlock this? I have completed all the missions and other objectives on each island leading up to Pena so I'm completely confused. Frustratingly little information to be found online, too. Please help this is driving me nuts hahahah

Supposed to be just 4 research centres, you might need to check all of the ones on each island are powered.

I don't remember the specific unlock conditions, but if you go to the Research page in-game you should be able to view the unlock conditions for all the gene mods. It might also be that you need to have your dinosaur's genome be at a specific level.
