Increased text size without increasing game screen size

The current text size in game (at the standard 70%) is extremely small. The change text size function changes the size of the entire game screen, not just the text. An 80% setting is the largest I've found that doesn't start to clip the viewing area and that is very little help with the text. The current size of the text boxes is large enough to contain much larger text without changing the size of the boxes, and there is no need at all to change the size of the entire game screen just to increase the size of the text. I've noted that many players are having trouble with this but no one seems to have brought up the problem that I can find. I can't be the only player with vision problems who would appreciate and easier to read text size.
