Incursion systems permit locked? Rly?

So every incursion system - systems being invaded and attacked by ‘goids and screaming for help - are currently unplottable as they require a “pilots federation district permit”. Screw you - you’re gonna die in that case.

This is almost as stupid as when we had to rank up with the local superpower in order to rescue people from burning stations.

Is this a bug?

that's not the case with me. i can plan a route in all incursion systems. just looked.

Sounds like a bug. If you're getting locked out and others aren't, report it.

You know what ... I think I did. When I selected “incursion systems” on the map they were orange and sitting there so I assumed they were ... incursion systems.
