Discretion is essential, hence it falls to me, an undercover agent, to issue this missive from a new comms channel.
Our long establish but small independent democracy with many allies near the old worlds of Lesti, Lave, Riedquat etc. seek new members to defend our systems from the expansion of some sometimes troublesome neighbors.
While on the surface there are peace agreements, events untraceable to anyone that are not the random ebb and flow of influence to be expected have been occurring for 6 months or more. It is in part due to the appearance our faction being inactive on Inara (others think they can move in). This is not the case - we have many allies and supporters from other factions distracted from the Thargoid war and peaceful exploration by these events. And then there are undercover agents with no public affiliation to our faction.
Commanders operating in any of the professions can support us as there are many ways to build the influence of a faction, but running missions for influence and sometimes fighting wars is a necessity at times.
Commanders, brand new or veterans, are welcome who support our ideals of peaceful coexistence with neighbors and a robust response if they are not peaceful in return. New commanders should know it is entirely possible to trigger an election or a war with a humble Sidewinder, and elections can be won using that same Sidewinder.
New players will get all the advice they need on how to operate, and just as importantly, build their own resources efficiently to become more powerful in the future. Every commander will also be assigned or can select a home system within the faction's territory to call their own.
