Independent power - does pledge = kos to everyone?

If you pledge to an independent power do you become KOS to all other powers or just those aligned with the Empire and Federation?

Also, can you dock at the stations for a power that has you listed as an enemy?

Good question Kobal... hope you don't mind if I piggyback another question with it. Is pledging allegiance changeable? In other words, can I change my allegiance or am I locked in?

Hopefully someone will chime in and answer both yours and mine.

You can either quit with no repercussions, with a cooldown for joining another Power, or defect directly to another Power to take some of your rating with you, at the cost of assassins from your old faction gunning for your hull for a while.

For OP, not 100% on your answer but still....

No repercussions ???

I think you need to watch the tutorial video for PP.
If you leave, they hate you and will kill you if they see you. If you defect, they will try to hunt you down and kill you.

Choose your pledge wisely ;)

What, for merely leaving? That doesn't sound right at all.

Really would like to know the answer to this question as well before I pledge to anyone.

That does actually, torn between wanting to participate in the CG or choosing power that will make me hostile there.
