Independent Reputation

Hi all,

Independent Reputation sometime ago stopped to increasing and now stays constantly a few points between "Neutral" and "Cordial".
Is this happening only to me? does anybody else have any information about it?

I can do nothing to increase rep for Independent, i tried already everything.

I think that's the default rep. "Independent Reputation" of course shouldn't really be a thing, the whole point is that they're independent of each other, rather than having a shared opinion of you. It's probably just a oddity of the UI that is fixed in place.
