I did not said that.
I said the games are part of a franchise that made billions - referring to the revenues generated by the entire franchise. That means the movies mainly, but also games comic books and all the merchandise that got sold along and whatever else might be part of the said franchise.
JWE is not the FDev's IP.
They were commissioned to develop and publish the game, but the creative direction is the one imposed by the IP owners

Nope. It's definitely not an indie game. Frontier isn't a indie developer. That means their games aren't indie either. JWE sold for a cheaper price, but it's not an indie game. It was a full AAA title. JWE will sell for a full $60 making it a AAA game. It's also a game based on a movie franchise that makes billions of dollars. So no, definitely not indie.
