If the I Rex is in the game I would like to see a dinosaur with high IQ and ability to camouflage and be basically untainable in the game

Yes, it is confirmed that the Indominus Rex will be in the game (there will be a specific mission for him on an island), but we still do not know anything about his AI.
I suppose that it will have a higher aggressiveness than the rest of carnivores, which will make it more difficult to contain it.

We control their chromosomes. It's really not that difficult. All vertebrate embryos are inherently female, anyway, it just requires an extra hormone given at the right developmental stage to make them male. We simply denied them that.
