Infinity Engine

I haven't found a thread on this procedural generated universe engine, that's been in development for who knows how long (since 2006?).

I think it was the first modern engine with seamless planetary transitions I have seen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7eREddMjt4 . Oh man, this was so captivating...flying through the planet's rings!

Apparently they are finally gearing for Kickstarter and have released a new video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6a69dMLb_k&feature=c4-overview&list=UUNEHBrhTUN4P_ZxIy29DNQw

Yes, been following this for a very long time and as a tech demo it certainly looks impressive (still want clouds, vegetation, cities and wildlife though :p), but what about the gameplay? Probably going to back them on KS though. :)

Been following this for an age too. Played the tech flight demo some time ago and it was fun in Multiplayer. They need to put all the parts together...
