Read First Info on the WEBSTORE and ALPHA ACCESS

Welcome to the forum.
If you read the 1st post in this thread theres some useful info there.
It usually takes about 24 hours to get access to the relevent forums you are entitled to join in i.e. PBF & Alpha forums.
Are you trying to log into the webstore or the old backers app.
If you backed after the kickstarter had finished your products will be in the webstore.
Try logging in here.
Any more problems you can have a look on the forum or email support@zaonce.net.
