Information centres

Hi all,
Quick question about the information centres.
Every time a guest visits, they get a sad face because "everything is too expensive." I've tried turning item prices down, but they still aren't happy. Not sure if it's me doing something wrong, or if it's a little glitch. Has anyone else noticed this and is there any way to improve the information centre so guests are more willing to part with their cash?

Pretty sure it has something to do with scenery and zoo rating, the higher those are the more guests are willing to spend on stuff. Another reason could be that the guests don't have any money left, in which case you need to place more ATMs.
