If I want to jump to a system, I can view the system map for it if it's been explored. The problem is, there is no way to determine how far a station is from the nav point that you jump in to. It gives the orbit inclination and duration but that only tells you roughly how far it is from the planet it's orbiting. With no perspective on the map, it doesn't really give you any indication of the distances involved. LHS 3442 is a good example, I bet nobody who has ever looked at the system map has realised it's 109,000Ls once you're there to get to the station which is a really long time in SC and I'm told Alpha Centauri is even worse.
Distance from Nav point for all stations. Can we have that info on the map please?
It was never an issue with time dilation in the original Elite. All journeys, even to Alpha Centauri took mere seconds.
