Horizons Information regarding ship availability

Hi all, does anyone know where it was referenced that the ships available at stations would be changed?

After watching a few live streams I was really interested in the new mining process with limpets. I tried it out with a cobra mk3 just before Horizons hit, enjoyed it and was looking forward to setting up an ASP Explorer after Horizons released.

But now, the ASP Explorer is not available in my home system nor in a nearby High Tech system :(

If FD said this was going to happen fair enough, but if not then I will file a bug report.

not sure if it helps but it is available in the Brani system at the barsanti enterprise station(not sure if station spelled exactally right), and i think it was in several other stations there.
