I know the answer is soon(tm), but;

ED have announced new guidelines for what is and isn't acceptable on the forum for their game, along with the penalties for transgression. I believe they come into effect today.

However, we are yet to hear from the team about what is and isn't acceptable and the penalties associated for the game!

Really guys, your more interested in the forums?

I accept this is going to get closed/deleted but I'm having difficulty understanding the delay. The EULA sets out the framework for this and I flat out don't believe you haven't considered this before now.

I'd ask for comments but honestly don't think the thread will survive that long.

A forum is a bit different from the momentary existence of in-game chat. There, things dont persist.

The forum rules are....questionable enough, we dont need a game that is nanny ruled to something G rated. If they want to police things like the forum within the game then they might as well take away freestyle chat and just use canned phrases.
