Innovation center doesn't generate a profit in challenge mode

I'm not sure if it is a bug or not, but whilst playing challenge mode (Jurassic Difficulty) I notice that the innovation center doesn't make a profit despite a high entertainment reputation.
The other two visitor centers do generate profit and this problem only occurs in challenge mode. I have tried different islands, removed and replaced the innovation center but the problem persists.

I have included a screenshot of the innovation center on Sanctuary in Challenge mode Jurassic Difficulty.
Does anybody else have this issue?

That does sound like a bug.
Please use our new Issue Tracker to post bugs and/or technical problems.
You can log in with your regular Frontier account and click 'Submit Report'.
You'll then be given all the steps you need to let us know about any issues you have experienced.

I've encountered with bug as well. I built all three faction buildings, but only the entertainment building didn't provide any income. And I did max out my entertainment multiple times.
