I have an idea to make the innovation center more useful.
Create (inside) a database with all the dinosaurs active on the park, their health status, statistics and maybe even a button to quickly reach the map. This would make it easier to keep an eye on the park's various dinosaurs, especially when it's full of dinosaurs.

That one would be a very useful feature, but I think it would be better to have it at the Science center;
the Innovation center already have the unique feature of having multiple path connection possibilities

That's a really cool idea. Perhaps the different faction buildings could have a similar but specific function based on their faction? The function you suggest might indeed be more suited to the Science centre. But the Innovation centre could have all sorts of stats on entertainment. And the Security building could have relevant information on the security status.

Science center for dinosaur monitoring: it shows health and comfort level of every animal in the park, and issues an alert if one is under its comfort threshold (just like the current LOW HEALTH notification).

Security center for dinosaur surveillance: it shows a list of the dinosaurs indicating if they are or not in range of visibility (viewing galleries, towers and gyrospheres), and automatically opens the nearest shelter in case of DINOSAUR THREAT.

Innovation center for...IDK, out of ideas.
