Farming insanly high bounties and giving it away to friends, or "paying customers" is a major problem that can be fixed in a very simple way:
Limit the amount a Bountyhunter can get for his kill to the insurance costs of the villain he just killed. Reduce the total bounty of the villain by this amount.
This way you are not able to magically create insane amounts of Credits.
