Essentially the circular menu that comes up when you hold the default hotkey Q down.
Should be the same keys you use to navigate around menu's, W A S D or whatever you have assigned, I have them set up to my stick hat, and space to activate the selected function.

Optimized and intuitive UI it is not.
I can't seem to make it work, the other one is fine but when I bring up the insight wheel no other key will make it turn,

There might be 3 now with the emotes they just added.
I have the flashlight batteries etc controls bound to key combo's as I couldn't get that wheel to work properly, the one that lets you call a shuttle etc works fine, and I direct bound the emotes and haven't even looked to see what the wheel was like.

It doesn't turn. Use the keys you use to manouver around the menu's to run it. Whatever key you use to go to the left in the ship menu use the so select the left options, then the up down button you use in the menu to go up and down those options and space to select your choice.
