Inspectors Stopped Coming, Can't Get Gold Star?

I've been playing through the Meyers Sunshine Happiness Zoo, and have just one final requirement for the gold star. I need to maintain animal welfare for the duration of an inspector visit. I've gotten animal welfare high enough, but inspectors seem to no longer be coming to my zoo... It's taken me a very long time to get to this point due to the difficulty of the scenario, and how long it took for a male and female cheetah to be available on the market (and me to get enough CC to purchase them). I'm in year 24 in the scenario - is there a "time limit" so to speak, or is this a bug?

Hovering over the inspector icon doesn't reveal any information, which makes me think it's maybe a bug (screenshot shows what I see when I hover over the icon). Does anyone have any advice that might help me not have to replay the whole scenario? 😅

Hello! This is the first time we have heard about this issue, so we'd like to hear more information about it! @Urufu1997 do you have the same problem on the same scenario, or a different scenario? Can you also tell us what language you are playing the game in? Is there any more information you can give us on this issue? :)

I have the same Problem in the same Scenario.
I'm playing the Game in German.

I think I have the same issue in my challenge mode zoo. I don't really pay attention to the inspector, so I just realized it yesterday. She did come a few times after the update which was supposed to fix it, unfortunately I can't say at which point it stopped again. It only seems to affect this particular zoo, because in a downloaded sandbox zoo, the inspector came just as normal (which is what brought my attention to the fact that she'd been missing for years in the other one).
