How long did it take for the game to install for you?

I'm at "Sync files" at a rate of 3.31 MB/s (average) and after 2 hours of waiting, I'm looking at around another 4 hours to go :(

Is this a normal state for this game, or is something wrong here?

If you can use Ethernet connection that helps in my experience, but if this is your first time and you are using a wireless connection then go to bed and come back tomorrow is my advice ;)

Sadly, this is on ethernet. Also, I tried downloading it last night, and the installer froze. So many roadblocks cropping up to stop me enjoying this game :(

Support ticket sent, however, hopefully we'll have a fix hashed out soon.

Did mine in about 6 mins in total. But im on a decent connection.

Doesnt sound right, what connection are you on?

Fibreoptic, 100Mb/s. So roughly 12 MB/s. East coast Australia. Even averaging 3.3MB/s, and taking 6 hours would equate to 71 GB of game. Seems a bit much.

Doing an update once, the speeds of download was really quick and was all sorted in minutes but another time, it struggled to get above 0.2mb/s and took more than 5 hours using the same connection so I suggest that it may be on a go slow and leave it overnight or try again first thing in the morning.

best is go to bed now.... cause once that game launches, you'll feel stuck in there I tell you! :D

Try download on another PC if you can, else patience.

Its some odd thing, very slow on one, very fast on the other.

You can simply copy the folder between PCs.

There is a script to download file manually (validated the files successful - going to launch now)

Can't hyperlink b/c too new, to find

- search googlefor "bemoliph Elite Downloader" on bitbucket.
- search forum thread "Can't Install?, heres my work-around Stuck at "Download Manifest"/Slow Downloads"
