General Installation allegiance + night vision icon

Ability to see selected space installation / ground installation/ megaship allegiance . At current state the only way to find out is to fly there and drop which some player may deem worthless. Players should be able to see asset ownership from the navigation panel just like any space station / outpost. This would be very helpful for those involved in BGS. I can't remember how many times I flew to a distant space installation only to find out that it is related with non relevant faction.

Also addition of activated night vision icon would be a nice improvemnt, especially if there is headlight icon.

It would be useful to be able to see this from supercruise (and to tell which Anarchy faction is in control if there's more than one in the system), but you don't have to fly there and drop - just drop where you are and you'll get the same information.
