Here's me flying into and out of what should be a busy station at peak hour (roughly) yesterday....
I'd come out of a USS not far from the station and nothing appeared the whole time I was there. And yet, I leave the system, come back in and it's extremely busy! Sometimes it takes so long for other ships to appear, you can drop out of SC near the station, fire it back up and get in without any ships appearing. Great for smugglers and wanteds like me but this really needs to be addressed. Should this be reported as a bug?
