Last night I received a fine for smuggling slaves out of a station and got jammed in the letterbox as I was only half paying attention to what I was doing. I got the standard warning and just after I had exited the fine turned into a bounty and security attacked me. The bounty belongs to a group associated with a completely different star system which I thought was strange. Is it a bug or can bounties for smuggling become instant even if no one was killed or even fired upon.
