Instant generic module transfer if local station stocks a stored module

What I would like to see is that if you want to add a module to your ship that you already have in storage elsewhere, and the local outfitter stocks the same generic, unmodified module, like a certain size of cargo rack, is an option to instantly transfer that module to the local station at the usual fee or maybe a bit more, the logic being that you transfer ownership of the stored module to the station and they give you one exactly like it. This can already be done by selling modules in storage that you buy from the station anyways, but it is a little clunky and workaround-like.
