Insurance bug made me lose ship?

I owned a type 7 transporter and was destroyed by some pirates. I had just over 1,000,000 credits to my name as I had just purchased the ship. However, when the rebut screen came up, I had the loan from the creditor along with the 1,000,000cr and it told me I would have 1000cr left over. But I could not rebut my ship. The purchase button was greyed out (redder out). I even unselected all my optional internal modules yet I still couldn’t rebut my ship. Is there a reason for it telling me I had enough to rebuy but just couldn’t rebuy?

I opened a ticket with them and reported the problem along with a screenshot of the rebuy window after my ship was destroyed. They have me back my ship and a free rebuy. Also warned me to make sure I had enough credits for a rebuy incase it happened again. You should open a ticket.

Today i tried to open a ticket on support website but it's not workin'..

So, today same thing i lived. So i don't know what will i do? I have just an ASP Explorer. The game give me credit for re-buy because my account hasn't got enogh money for rebuy. After that, the Purchase button is Red. Just Red. Didn't work.

Please help me FRONTIER.

Loan bug

So I just lost my federal corvette with roughly 3600000 in the bank, and it says I can get a loan for the rest of the cost but the rebuy button is red. Does anyone have a way to fix this because that's a lot of work I'd rather not lose to a bug.

Same exact thing happened to me 5 days back. no reply from frontier support and I sent my ticket in a few moment after it happened. it said that they reply within 72 hour but its been 5 days. someone please let me know how to fix this i don't want to lose my anaconda
