Insurgency: Sandstorm has just received even more free content in update 1.3, and new players are welcome to try the game during its Steam Free Weekend, 10am PST Thursday June 20th to 10am PST Monday June 24th. Today’s monster update includes a remake of the indoor-focused classic Insurgency map ‘Ministry’, new weapons, new weapon upgrades, a zombie-inspired game mode called Frenzy, and more!

Insurgency Sandstorm is in my opinion one of the best "play objective" games set in modern warfare, they really did a good job with it and constantly adding new stuff. Recently they added map Ministry from the original game and its nostalgia gasm.

Worth trying those two, however I'm scratching my itch for those kind of games with Squad. Imo it's a vastly superior game. Also, Escape from Tarkov, which I can't recommend quite yet as it has it's fair share of problems.

I know about Squad, haven't play it myself but it seems to be Arma tactical coop expiriance on steroids. And will be getting Tarkov as soon as it leaves testing stage, it looks very good.

I've been playing Tarkov last few days. Moment to moment gameplay is sublime, very tense and thrilling. Unfortunately there are still performance and balance issues. Definitely look out for it if it's your kind of game, it's got potential.
