My Alienware 14 does the same thing. No worries, the NVIDIA card will do the work. My 765m can't even come close to running E: D in a rift, though. Some laptops give you the option to disable the on board graphics chip, which you should if you're using a rift. The Intel graphics will bottleneck the HDMI port to 60fps. Best of luck, but you'll really need a desktop to run Elite with a rift.
