Intelligent dinosaurs in SandBox mode

Hello, Is it possible in a future update, to have intelligent dinosaurs in SandBox mode?

To be honest, I find Intelligent dinosaurs to be troublesome as the carnivores breakout into either the visitors' area or enclosure of neighboring carnivores.

This is to give more difficulty in sandbox mode. The choice should be left to the player to activate this feature or not.
