Inter Astra on-foot shipyard is available at planetary outposts with no shipyard facility

Ok, so there are these smaller planetports (Some call them planetary outposts). Some of them don't have a shipyard. The shipyard button in Local Services is greyed out.
However, in their concourse, you can access the shipyard. This shipyard does not sell any ships (since there isn't actually a shipyard facility), but you can store/transfer ships.
This seems like an oversight by the designers of the concourse? I think this "fake" shipyard should be removed or the actual shipyard facility added to these ports.
What are your thoughts?

Have you checked on the system map that they actually don't have Shipyard facility? Maybe the in-ship Shipyard button greys out when there are no ships to buy - that would indicate completely different bug.

Does Hutton Orbital have a shipyard in the concourse? Free Anaconda maybe?

No, they don't have a shipyard facility in the sysmap either.

Damn, it appears this was a bug that got patched out in classic frontier fashion. I was searching for shipyards outside the bubble and came across this post. So I went to Eagle's Landing in the Eagle Nebula hoping I could transfer a ship there. It's a "planetary port" with no shipyard. There is still an Inter-Astra there, but no npc is manning it.

Damn, it appears this was a bug that got patched out in classic frontier fashion. I was searching for shipyards outside the bubble and came across this post. So I went to Eagle's Landing in the Eagle Nebula hoping I could transfer a ship there. It's a "planetary port" with no shipyard. There is still an Inter-Astra there, but no npc is manning it.

That one was patched out a looong time ago. Pretty sure it was mentioned in the patch notes, even. Now we have the opposite problem. About once a week someone comes on complaining that Inter Astra is bugged because the NPC never shows up. They really need to put up a sign on the counter at least.
