This one is right next to a path. You are supposed to push the note buttons, each one corresponding to one of the frogs, which then sings that note.
And if you do it correctly, i.e. hit some of the notes of a song they "know", they all start singing it along. If you fail, the stork to the left of the band (offscreen) complains about your lack of musicality [sad].
