Horizons Interdiction of npc's seems tougher.

I can't seem to interdict the simplest of ships today. I have a anaconda with an A4 FSD Interdicter and am losing 1/2 if not 3/4 of my interdiction's today where the previous 2 days were fine. nothing changed but the game.

I had no problem pulling out ELITE npcs before now I can hardly pull out a harmless pilot... lol:mad:
