Heh - liked the Canada (lol) bit.

Results pretty tally with what I've seen here re Europe/North America - and the ages.

There's a player age poll - there were about 3,000 results the last time I looked and the under 30s had just overtaken the 50 and overs with the 30-39s and 40-49s outnumbering those two by about 200%.

Which would reflect a majority of players though: a survey here or there?

Like I said flawed, but interesting. The age surprised me, as did the enjoyment/expectations considering the respondents are probably not mostly forumites.

Yeah, very interesting poll, and (spoiler alert) good news for FD :). There were a couple of tricky questions: I tend to test often initially, then leave it until the next release comes out to avoid burning out. Also, I like it more than "yeah it's good", but not as much as "best game ever"... yet :p! There's still a heck of a lot to put in and get balanced, but I am confident that FD will stick the landing... it could one day be my best game ever

Responses are interesting, however, I am going also to agree that the medium influences the results quite a bit. I found the answers to previous Elites played question rather surprising until I saw the age and put it in the context of reddit.
