Interesting neutron star

Good evening all. I just returned from a small exploration trip about 4K ly from Kojeara in Colonia. I happened upon a Neutron star on my return which happens to have 4 high metal content worlds orbiting quite close to it, ranging from the closes at 19.5 ls to the farthest at 52.7 ls, with the other two at 27.9 ls and 40.8 ls.

This is on approach to landing on the third closest planet.

I have not come across any landable planets, much less an entire nest of them, this close to a neutron star and was wondering if any other explorers have found such planets. I’ll be headed back to land on each of the planets for more detailed exploration and pictures in the next day or so but I had to get back for repair and data delivery. Any thoughts and/or input are welcome and greatly appreciated.

nice picks!
look for "planet of death"
I believe its a landable planet that orbits through the jets.

It is, although it's a white dwarf not a neutron star. Which makes it both prettier and about 10,000 times more dangerous.

My own landing on it - that's a fairly impressive terrifying sunrise. The planet's orbital period is about an hour and there's about a 10-15 minute window during which you can land or leave without being in the jets. I mistimed my departure and managed to boost my FSD at an altitude of about 7km which was a new experience and not one that I'd look to repeat in a hurry... 😁

It's only about 600LY from Colonia if anybody is thinking about a visit.
