It's from Epic Games' Instaghram account. It is real.
But, because it's posted before any official tease or announcement on their official social media accounts, I'm not sure what Frontier's official stance on it is.
Either way, I'm certain there will be something said about this later this week. DLC tease and/or announcement? I can't conclude anything on that, but I can safely assume that too unless proven wrong.
