Apologies if this has been brought up before, was just a passing thought. Part of owning a ship in E: D is (for me, at least,) the inevitable nerdy fantasy of being out there... in spaaaace, braving the cold vacuum, etc, etc. This is a fantasy that, with the larger ships, is perhaps slightly impacted by the inability to wander the interior of your vessel, and before anyone says anything, yes, I KNOW it is a feature that is coming, and obviously it will arrive when it arrives, so no concerns there.
But I was curious, is there any documentation available that would give us an idea on the internal layout of the various ships currently in E: D? Even the Viper looks hefty enough to have at least SOMETHING going on back behind the pilot's seat, let alone the Anaconda, Imperial Clipper, Orca or Python. Whether multiple rooms, or a single corridor, or just one big, wide empty space from cockpit to exit hatch, the more one knows about one's ship, the more it feels like their home, rather than just their game interface.
If there isn't already a schematic prepared for the ships' internal details, then whenever ship interiors gets tackled, it might be an interesting teaser to share with the fanbase the planned layouts, giving them something to tide them over until the update is prepared. Since planning the layouts is something you'd obviously have to do anyway to implement them, it wouldn't result in much extra work to format them in a way that teases the imagination of the player base. :3
