Hello everyone, I don't normally start threads, but I just wanted to say I just did my first planetary mission and really enjoyed it. First of all, the settlement had a lovely radial design to it. I noticed some people complain that the settlements looked like orbital outposts, but this was like a circle dug into the ground, with a central tower, and landing pads along the circumference. I went for a search and rescue mission. It took me about an hour or so to get used to finding the POIs and to figure out the wave scanner. I found the escape pods guarded by a wanted guardian, so I got a little bounty bonus. Transferred the pods back to my ship - this is a bright yellow Lakon-6, put on some fins and it would look like Thunderbird 4! Rescued! Felt a warm glow inside.
