I have noticed on sunday evening est. My connection is slow! Is this a local problem with my internet or a server problem with frontier.? Just curious it's not really a problem just an inconvenience. It makes the rendering Choppy and srv travel visually unpleasant. Sometimes I spend a long time in hyperspace and the star blinks through changes as i emerge. IT could also be my computer or video settings, but it only happens once in a while.

Newcomer / Intro Internet connection

i've have noticed a small slow down on the Dss scanner, when you looking/searching for the planets sometimes it seems to run alot slower.not a problem for me unless you get indicted that is, rendering a map on planet shouldn't slow down your pc.to half frame rates.
My provider is crappy but it's the only connection available. I was thinking that it was a local problem. Just wanted to be sure before I tried to fix something.
I Found a couple of problems. Mostly my own. The power cable was not completely inserted. The batteries in my mouse and keyboard were very low. I also watched some u-tube's on graphics settings and made some changes. It's a little piece of heaven to have things working correctly. Oddly it was mostly the power supply to my laptop being loose, it was back feeding from a powered hub enough to operate but not well. As soon as I pushed it in all issues were cured.
