Interstellar bounty boards??

Evening all!!

I am looking at expanding my bounty hunting and i keep hearing about a top 5 bounty board for systems, however i cant find this in game anywhere? was it removed, or am i not looking in the right place? if it has been removed is there any thing similar, or possibly any kind of online player bounty list for getting into pvp bounty hunting?

You can find the information from a station's main screen.
In the middle-bottom of that screen there is a list of news items.
There should be a top 5 bounties item among other pieces of news (e.g. traffic, faction states).
