Where do I find them?

There is one at the CG port.. except for that, I usually just look on the maps and see what the system has listed as services.

Any low-security system or Anarchy system will have them.

If you find that IF are a bit too far way, flip a local system to Anarchy

Really? Are you talking about Othime? Because I don't see IF listed in the ports details. Unless you mean Broker Network - is that the same thing? If so then that is darned confusing - can't they get the terminology consistent? I've just spent the last hour in the galaxy map trying to find one and I haven't found IF listed anywhere.

Urgh, why do they have to be so obtuse. I was looking everywhere for a station with an "Interstellar Factors" service.

They're quite happy to label "Black Market" as a station service, so why not "Interstellar Factors"?
