Interstellar Factors

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this but it's been a long time.

SO got a bounty and I have been told to go to an Interstellar factors contact.

Then I am told there is one near me at LHS 2441 in Asimov Landing.

I go there and nothing ?

Where is this Interstellar dude?

Can anyone help me out?

Should be there, in the Contacts menu (the one you click on to hand in bounties, pay fines etc).

Black market
Science
Combat
Power
Search and rescue.

Nothing about IF.

I.S. are found in low security systems. I the security of the system goes up then the I.F. will vanish untill the low sec. status returns (or doesn't).

if you go to INARA.cz, then "Galaxy" on the top and "systems and stations" on the left hand side, there's a "nearest" option. You can find pretty much anything from there.

Thai assumes that you're running EDMC. If you aren't, I strongly suggest that you do.

In the galactic map, there is a filter option for services, in which you can select interstellar factors, this way you can search in-game the closest system where you can find it. I'm not sure if the filter can quickly tell you if the interstellar factor will only be found only on small landing pads, you may have to check the system's details.
