Anybody else still trying to improve from the beginning of the year?

I finished the basic cardio adaptation* over Jan-Feb, took a week off, and have moved up to light barbell complexes and burpees.
2 more months, and hopefully then back onto actual weight training with the "cardio".


If you haven't heard of complexes, take a look here.
I get mine finished (5 rounds) in about 15 minutes work, 20-30 min rest.

* Basic adaptation = fast pacing for 30 minutes, interspersed with staircase sprints and 100 lb deadlifts.
