Hello commanders, I'd like to introduce myself.
I am Commander Daggan Stormreaper.

I have always liked space and wanted a game where I am free to fly around a galaxy/universe, along with do what I want, when I want. Elite Dangerous has brought that dream to reality.

I look forward to flying with you all (or against).

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I started out in the Sidewinder, have moved up to the Eagle and been having a blast. I just happened to stumble across Earth last night! It was quite exciting!

Welcome to the Pilot's Federation, Commander.

I don't care which rich relative paid for your entry fee, as it doesn't matter. You're a member now, and given certain guarantees:

You are guaranteed a Sidewinder with a set of basic gear. Should you find your loaned Sidewinder destroyed, another one will be issued free of charge.

The Pilot's Federation does not, and cannot take responsibility for any modifications to the Sidewinder, you will have to insure those on your own. Good luck, Commander!

Helloooo Commander...if you are in the neighbourhood, hop into the Empire controlled space. We can use fresh, innocent pilots like you!! :cool:

Welcome. I am in the same ship as you. I have waiting a long time to play something like this. I look forward to flying with you once I get the hang of this mouse and keyboard combo. Perhaps a joystick purchase is in my near future :)
