Newcomer / Intro Invalid security code

Hi guys

I bought the game this morning and I launched "the launcher" and when i reach the screen to enter the security code I write the one i got from my email, then it says it is invalid and immidiately i receive another one by email... I did it 40 times and always the same. I tried to re install the game, same problem,... I waited several ours and try again... still same problem...

What can I do ? open a ticket and wait for ages to "maybe get an answer" ?

If anyone can help... pleaaaase

You've got out of sync, the same thing happened to me.

Every time you start the launcher, it generates a new code. You've probably been entering the one from the pervious click.
.
Delete all the email code emails.
.
Start the launcher, get to the bit where it sends the code.
.
Wait for the code.
.
Cut and paste the code.
.

Having had the problem of the full MP game not installing, I followed the instructions in troubleshooting deleted the entire game, re-downloaded it and installed it as advised. Logged in, it asks for an activation code again... nothing has been sent to me this time. I double checked all my email, spam etc directly on the server and nothing has been sent, that is definite (I know what I am doing, I run my own email server).

I opened a ticket and got a confirmation of my ticket in seconds, so the email address is clearly working fine.

Anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you fix it?
