It already had one but three people used it at the same place at different times. The subsequent rupture in space-time caused us all to forget that it had ever happened.

Not sure. I reversed the polarity on mine, and the rest of the crew of my ship just disappeared.

Now I'm alone, just wandering the corridors of the ship. Or I would be.. if I wasn't permanently stuck to this stupid pilots chair. So lonely...
