Why can't we invest in Colonization construction? Why do we have to just drive the materials there ourselves?
For example, I'm into mining or bounty hunting and I'm interested in it. I'll hire NPCs and they'll bring all the materials.
It can be done not instantly, just I invest 300 million on an outpost and in a month it is completed by itself.
