Invisible Paths would increase creativity and beauty of zoos

Just wondering if this is too hard to program? Coaster players also wanted it, but never got it for some reason. It sees like this feature would give tremendous bang for your buck, given that people would go NUTS building amazing structures and exhibits that made use of invisible paths. The paths would only show up when you select the invisible path type...perhaps highlighted.

Think of the countless hours saved from players trying to build beautiful zoos but struggling to hide unsightly paths, especially the kerbs from slopes and upper floors. Think of the crazy ideas people would have, building more safari-like or "true" walkthrough experiences. Think of the tears saved from people struggling to hide their paths when connecting workshop downloads, lol.

Is it possible? If this is cheap to program, I think the payoff would be immense.

I would be really interested to see what Frontier says on this matter.

Indeed it'd be an extremely useful addition and a pretty requested one, particularly among builgers kind of players.

To expand on the topic, it'd be nice if we could also get a response on why is it not possible to use 2m and 3m paths for staff and guests. Maybe I have missed some information regarding this but I really don't get why these options were left out. Is it to prevent very casual players to experiment guests 'traffic jams' in narrow paths?

Going with a bit RL logic on this one.

You actually want paths to be visible so people know where to walk.

I understand the need for invisible paths but from a certain POV it sounds unlogic.

I understand that POV, but it misses half the message.
This paragraph perfectly sums up the reasoning behind requested invisible paths:

It is basically to make it easier for us to create custom paths or flat building floors as we wish. Kerbs on elevated paths (even with the slightless elevation) are extremely annoying because many times they're simply not realistic and you have to hide them. Think of creating a building with different floors other than ground level and placing paths on these floors. You either have to disguise every kerb (usually a nightmare especially with the current path system) or leave it as it is -> completely unrealistic.

Then there are the nature paths/trails. They all have some kind of log kerbs in-game. Right now making a path as simple as this (see spoiler) is not possible.

To add, just removing the kerbs off of inclined paths and upper levels would be a start. As to "not realistic", then how about a cheat code to make paths invisible?
