Is a non-affiliated Jurassic Park game possible at Frontier? Lets Talk

Frontier Developments have announced two indie games from two respective smaller third-party developers. One of which, Struggling, is already out and published. Frontier, believe it or not, have been planning several third-party game publishes since 2019, and they even shared such information in past official publicly posted articles, including their confirmed project with Haemimont Games whom which they've publicly shared they've signed a contract with a year ago. Two are for FY21 (beginning of June 2020, to the end of May 2021), which are Struggling and Lemnis Gate, both revealed at Gamescom 2020, and three more unannounced games for FY22 (beginning of June 2021, to the end of May 2022).

However, while both third-party league games for this financial year and the Jurassic World Evolution part were announced at Gamescom 2020, after realizing yesterday they had a showcase schedule for each event day for this year's event, and finding out how the showcases worked with the unannounced stuff, I was wrong about the other stuff Frontier have when it comes to showcasing their other new stuff there. It's not inherent that similar stuff like what they did in past Gamescom events always gets showcased there, so I knew there was a chance of any of that not happening.

That also means the FY22 2021 "major global IP game", where all these rumors are centered on, has not been announced yet, and will not so for the rest of this year’s Gamescom.
So now, it's still a matter of knowing when exactly it will be announced and what it really is.
Could COVID-19 have played a significant role in possibly delaying the production of some of these games, and as a result they weren’t ready to be shown at this year’s GamesCom?

I can't tell for sure. But, it is planned for "June-December" of 2021. So, maybe it was delayed as you said if it was planned for it, or maybe it's always been planned the whole time for another different time from now. Or, maybe it just isn't ready yet, so no plans between this whole time span just yet until later. I personally and honestly doubt it actually was planned for Gamescom.
